Does the demo cost anything?
No. The demo is free and without commitment. It is part of our standard commercial process: our time, your time, no billing.
The subsequent PoC — where we do connect to your real ERP/DMS — has a fee credited toward implementation. That is a different, optional validation.
How many people from my side can attend?
Up to 8 people work well in a remote format. We recommend including at least one executive sponsor (COO or CIO) and an operational profile who can validate the dealership workflow.
If your committee is larger, we can coordinate two sessions: one operations-focused (COO + logistics) and one technical (CIO + IT).
Is the demo live?
Yes, always live, via Zoom or Google Meet (whichever your company prefers). The presenter is from the product team, not sales — so technical questions are answered on the spot.
We do not use pre-recorded demos: every session is tailored to your operation. If you need to circulate it internally, we can send your own session recording on request.
Can you sign an NDA before the demo?
Yes, no problem. If your corporate policy requires it, send us your standard NDA when requesting the demo and we will sign before the session.
In any case, the demo runs on our cloud environment with fictitious data from a sample dealer group — we do not use other clients' data.
What language is the demo in?
Spanish by default. English available on request, especially useful if your committee includes regional or global HQ stakeholders.
How long does it take to get a time slot?
We respond within one business day with 2 or 3 options that fit your time zone. Scheduling usually happens within the same week or the next.
