Are these final prices or do we need a quote?+

Starter and Professional have public pricing within the indicated "from" range. The exact price is closed based on branches, users and add-ons in a one-page proposal.

Enterprise is always quoted because it depends on bidirectional mode, OEM interfaces, premium SLA and multi-year commitment. The proposal is delivered within 5 business days after discovery.

What currency is billed and how is pricing adjusted?+

Public prices are in USD. We invoice in USD, EUR or local currency by country, applying the exchange rate on the invoice date.

Price adjusts once a year for market inflation (billing country CPI) and only on annual and multi-year contracts. No mid-contract surprises.

How does the pilot discount work?+

The 90-day commercial pilot applies −30% on the base license (Starter or Professional), capped at 2 branches. At the end of the pilot, the client can continue at full tier without discount or extend the pilot by agreement.

The pilot is not a PoC: it's real operation with all contracted modules, simply scoped and discounted.

Is there a minimum commitment?+

Starter and Professional: no minimum on monthly billing. On annual billing, the cycle is 12 months with a 12% discount.

Enterprise: minimum 24-month contract to justify initial implementation investment and custom policy configuration.

Can we move up or down tiers during the contract?+

Moving up is immediate and prorated to the current billing cycle. All configuration, users, branches and data are preserved.

Moving down is only possible at the end of the annual cycle or on renewal. We validate that the new tier supports current scope (branches, users, active modules).
